This role supports the studio's functionality, focusing on Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations. Candidates must be outgoing, team-oriented, and passionate about sales and service, with strong communication skills. Lots of potential for growth and opportunity. 


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service role
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, via phone, and email)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptable to fast-changing, diverse environments
  • Ability to identify improvement areas and make sound judgments
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data management
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public
  • Calm, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times
  • Proficient with computers and studio management software
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (especially during peak periods)
  • Note: This is an on-site position, not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, including grassroots marketing and networking
  • Drive membership sales and retention efforts
  • Manage and grow all revenue streams (Memberships, Retail, Teacher Training)
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty
  • Organize and participate in grassroots marketing events weekly to attract new clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Attend studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms; bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car
  • Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Climb stairs where elevators are unavailable
  • Visual requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to hear effectively in-person and via telephone
